On July 24, Zhongju Gaoxin first extraordinary shareholders’ meeting in 2023 was held at the Zhongshan Torch International Convention and Exhibition Center.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Articles of Association, the meeting reviewed and approved the motion to remove Ms. He Hua as a director of the 10th Board of Directors, the motion to remove Mr. Huang Wei as a director of the 10th Board of Directors, and the motion to remove Cao Jianjun. Mr. Zhou’s position as a director of the 10th Board of Directors, and a motion to remove Ms. Zhou Yanmei from her position as a director of the 10th Board of Directors.
In another motion to add directors, the meeting reviewed and approved the election of Mr. Liang Daheng, Ms. Lin Ying, and Mr. Liu Gerui as non-independent directors of the company's board of directors.

At the subsequent 15th meeting of the 10th board of directors, Mr. Yu Jianhua was unanimously elected as chairman of the board of directors. At the same time, the meeting approved the removal of Mr. Tian Qiu, Ms. Kong Lingyun and Ms. Qin Junxue from all positions.
